I have had reoccurring plantar fasciitis issues over the past couple of years. In the past I have asked Ally to help alleviate the immediate pain with her traditional massage practices. This was prior to Ally getting involved with Accutouch.
Following a recent trail walk while on holidays, I got accute plantar fascia pains in my left foot. I booked in with Ally as soon as I got back from holidays and requested an session to treat my pain. Within 24 hours of Ally’s Accutouch treatment I was pain free. Just what I was hoping for! You will be lying fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. Sometimes you can feel a gentle pressure on the point and other times you won’t.
You will definitely relax and may fall asleep during the session. We will have a brief talk before and after your AccuTouch treatment about your issue to be healed. Your session will be non-confronting and not analysing and totally confidential.
A combination of Acupressure, Reiki and massage. Gentle massage strokes and touch with intention to heal points on pathways or meridians of energy which flow through your body.
